Questionmark Users Gather in New Orleans for Third Annual Conference

NEW ORLEANS, LA – March 14, 2005 – Users of the Questionmark™ Perception ™ assessment management system gathered today in New Orleans for their third annual conference.

The three-day conference includes technical training, customer case studies, presentations by assessment experts, social events, and open forums for customers, Questionmark technicians and product designers. Details about the conference are available at http://www.questionmark.com/go/conference.

“Our customers invariably say that one of the greatest things about coming to this conference is the opportunity meet one another and share ideas about best practices,” said Questionmark President Eric Shepherd. “The conference offers great learning opportunities for Questionmark as a company to stay current with the evolving assessment management needs of our customers in corporate, government, academic and non-profit organizations.”

Assessment expert and author Judith Hale, Ph.D., CPT, will deliver a keynote address on “The Role of Assessments in the Value Chain: Measuring Mission-Critical Skills and Knowledge.” She will explain how assessments can provide a vital link connecting training and certification programs to organizational goals. Her presentation will focus on how to build a business case for assessment by understanding the role it plays in the value chain, the orderly steps an organization follows in order to create and build value.
