Questionmark Perception’s Export to Excel feature makes it possible to export answer data from Questionmark™ Perception™ assessments into the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format. User privileges restrict access to users so that they can only export the data that they are allowed to see.
What it does
Export to Excel feature enables Perception users to analyze their assessment results and scores in Excel. The new feature puts all the Excel’s data handling and graphing tools directly into the hands of Perception users. Perception’s security system ensures that users only export the data that they have privileges to see.
How it works
Export to Excel is a standard report type available in Questionmark Perception Enterprise Reporter. You can export Perception results directly into a Microsoft Excel document by running the Enterprise Manager Export for Excel report type. Perception enables you export all the results or only the results you need. You can define which fields to include, filter results based on groups, dates, demographics, and a variety of other criteria.

Perception can store results in MSDE, MS SQL or Oracle database formats. In addition to
Export to Excel, answers and results can be extracted using a series of application program interfaces (APIs) known as Questionmark Web Integrated Services Environment (QMWISe). This comprehensive series of web services methods enable registration, management and reporting systems to tightly integrate with Questionmark Perception.
